Why on my machine ( with Windows XP SP2 ) I get a response to command 'netstat -ano' that all ports /sockets are taken by process ID 4 [System] ?
However, in 'Task List' I can see all various opened processes with different assigned PIDs. Is it a bug and how
to troubleshoot it fixing the problem.
The problem prevents me to use an application that requires a particular listening port UDP 162 since it gets
bounded to process PID=4.
