Remove a tab permantely

hello everyone!

I have Windows XP Sp2. I had visited a site and due to mishandling because since, whenever we open the home page Google, I tabbed site, that appears at the same time. We close but each time the internet, it is displayed. How to permanently delete this tab?Thank you for your help.

If you speak Internet Explorer 7:

Open the browser
Leaving open the tab that interests you
Menu Tools / Internet Options / General tab
To "home page", click on "current page"
Check that the URL of the site is not included in the list (if so, delete)
