ISA on Win 2003 SBS crashed

I have ISA 2004 installed on a SBS 2003 SP1 which is also running Exchange, MS SQL and Active Directory.
This has affected OWA and the link [url]http://mail.xxx.com:8080/exchange is not working. It gives a blank page without any error report.
I have restored severally array configurations without success. I have also done Directory services restore but cannot get it work. OWA on the network works but not from outside the firewall - Cisco firewall.
I am wondering if its possible to 'repair ISA'
Furthermore https pages appear when blank - no error also. All solutions av found on google haven't solved the problem.
If I completely remove ISA, what are the implications on my network?
The server was setup by a previous admin who left.

Any error messages from the client/server side?
Did you made any tracerts?
Did you tried nslookup to verfiy DNS is working problably?

Could also be a routing issue.
Did you checked any static routes?
Is RRAS enabled on the server?

Make otherwise a DCdiag and a Netdiag and post it back.

Tracert is working well also. No issues. the browsers have been autoconfigured to connect directly when ISA is unavailable.
