Do you know how to activate (if possible) the MSE on my PC?

It's my job then the PC may be that there is a connection with the fact that there is no MSE (see attachment)

This is what I've found on the net

For those who would like to add this option which is very good for turning a component in case of crash PC or clean a pervasive spy for example, the solution is simple.

1. Right-click the desktop icon and then click properties.
   
2. In the Advanced tab, in the Startup and Recovery, click Settings.
   
3. Then click the button change to change boot options.
   
4. A new window will open in text mode in the game, [operating systems], the line below copy and paste on the next line.
