    Start problem with XP

Hello, I had a problem with my XP was due to shutting it down wrongly and when I start the computer the black screen came where the ram is indicated and all that makes me roll as follows:

"Now System Safe Mode. Please re-set CPU frequency in CMOS setup "

And I have to give the F1 to boot someone to let me know by leaving this message and as I fix, thank you for the inconvenience, and sorry if the post is not indicated.

you have the not configured bios. You need to re-configure.

If you do not know, you can go in and make some pictures to the screen and we hang here and we will help you.

You can also try to have clear-cmos and make it "default".

Forgive my ignorance but that is a clear-CMOS, by the way the screen that I have to realize is that of the bios? Or the start?
