Windows Vista Starting Problem

I have the following problem; light up when the laptop, after leaving the logo of Windows Vista, I see a blue screen that says: "configuration updates: 3, 3, 0% complete. Do not turn off the team," but I hope a while not the thing moving, turns itself off and re-ignite, and again the same thing with the same message and all times. I have already tested it to give the F8 and start in safe mode and other, but neither let me start, before it appears again the blue screen with the previous message.In order to see if someone gives me a solution, possibly as soon as possible.

2-install Windows XP SP2.

3-Read the manual installation of Windows XP SP2 step by step.
