All updates have been properly done but there is issues updating to KB941833 XML Core Services 4.0 SP2 after this is installed. Is there anyone who experienced the same problem with this update? Thanks for any information.

I have no problems installing with the mentioned update. You can try uninstalling the updates & then restart & install it again. It might be possible that it can work or might even not but there is no harm to try it.

It's not a critical update and the advisory is that this update resolves a potential problem stemming from the critical update 936181. So if no problem, the less inclination to install an Update.
And not everyone has MSXML 4.0 versions.
I have version 6.
