Migrate a Windows 2000 AD that have an Exchange 2003 server to Windows 2008 AD

    Hello,
We are planning to migrate a Windows 2000 AD that have an Exchange 2003 server to Windows 2008 AD while keeping the MS exchange server in place.
The Windows 2000 AD server also have DNS, DHCP, File and print services.
What would be the procedures to migrate to 2008 AD, DNS, DHCP, File and print services?
    Thanks for your input.

2000 AD migration to 2008 AD

    Hello,

Some post said to do the following: 2000 AD --> 2003 AD then 2008 AD.
How to upgrade windows 2000 domain controller to windows 2008?

And other post said to do: 2000 AD --> 2008 AD
    http://forums.techarena.in/server-migration/1010582.htm

Which one is correct? Are both correct and I just need to select one?

Would I need to do any additions steps for the current install MS Exchange 2003 server?

    Thanks.
