Blue Screen System _Service_Exception in Vista 64

Hi I keep getting a blue screen in windows vista 64 bit. It occurs when I try to resize videos while they are playing in WMP, Crystal Player or Video Lan player.
I search MS knowledge base and google and did not find this error message.
