    Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X or Sapphire R9 280X Toxic

With the new AMD Radeon R9 280X graphics card recently launched in the market I am quite confused with which manufacturer should I go with. Should I choose the Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X or Sapphire R9 280X Toxic video card? On many places I have read good review about Gigabyte graphics card, so should I go with it or the other one? Thanks for any help

I have personally used HD 6870 video card of Sapphire brand for 2 years now and I can say that it is the best card I have ever come across. Still now I am able to play all high end games at medium settings without too much lags or stutters. I would suggest you to go with Sapphire R9 280X Vapor-X OC 3GB that can be overclocked as well and produces very low noise from fans.

Note also that a basic version of Amd Radeon R9 280X will require atleast 500W Power Supply, so you will require atleast a 600W or 750W power supply for the smooth current flow for the entire hardware peripherals connected in your system. Also, you can check out this same model video card of Asus brand that has good cooling features.

I think that the Sapphire R9 280X has a good built quality compared to the Gigabyte graphics card model but both give the same performance. Also, as mentioned in the above post, the Vapor-X series of Sapphire will be a better choice since it has the best coolers built to it. If you plan to overclock this card then it will also not produce much heat.
