Since your pc is restarting then I would recommend you to disable the Automatic Reboot after Blue Screen Errors feature in your system. Right click on my computer and then go to properties and then click on advanced system system settings. After that click the settings button under "startup and recovery". Now you just have to uncheck the "Automatically restart" box under the System failure section. So, next time when the pc restarts, you will get a blue screen error, just copy and paste the same here.

Well, in Windows XP, you need to open Control Panel and then click on System and then click on the Advanced tab and then find the Startup and Recovery area and then click on Settings button and then find and uncheck the check box next to Automatically restart.

no i saw that it was already unchecked.
the system is bought and os installed in oct.12 . from then it was uncheked.
it is not i think rebooting problem. Actually in some(eg 2 out of 10) start(booting), system start and stop twice(some time 3 or four times but rare) then finally boot. after booting no problem.

but i have another system with asus g41 but it has the option cheked but dont have any problem.

I think that you have already got an answer to your question. Didnt someone already mention you to disable the XMP profile in bios and use SPD setting or manually set timings for the ram and also try to increase voltage on memory?

yes ,it seems that my 4gb value select ram of corsoir slightly mismatching.

In bios, xmp profile is not active.
i have option to set for dram timing selectable. it has option of auto, quick and expert.
i have set for quick and also channel interleaving and rank interleaving
both i have set to enable, instead of auto.
it is running ok without any booting problem for one month.
    and thanx for ur response.

new issue has been arised with the system with h61m-ds2 mother board.
now on start up it enter the bios but when ever i load optimized default and then try to exit,it dont entered the window booting.

it has a booting issue right from beginning as described before but it was occationally.

now if i reset the cmos by lifting the battery then start it then start and have a option to load optimized default.
and after exit bios, it enter the booting and window loads.
now the problem is that i think every time i have to reset the cmos to start the system.

is it a problem of bios chip.

    kaly422000,

Have you tried to replace the CMOS battery on your motherboard and checked if that is working? Also, check the temperature of your CPU in the BIOS hardware monitor, is it normal? If not then apply some thermal paste or cooling equipments to cool down your system.
