Error upgrading from Office 2003 to Office 2007

I have few PCs connected with Domain in my office, all running with Office 2003. Now I wanted to deploy office 2007 on all these PCs hence I used "Office Customization Tool" and created MSP file to configure this task automatically. Any how the installation was successfully but on few PCs, I got the following error according log file:

MSI(TERMINATE): '(null)'
Error: Failed to install product: C:\MSOCache\All Users\{90120000-006E-0410-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C\OfficeMUI.msi ErrorCode:1603(0x643).

According to this log I came to know that the problem is somewhere related to Officemui.msi package. So I tried to launch this file separately but got an error. Late ri though to deleted Office 2007 installation files and registry
settings manually using steps mentioned on Microsoft KB928218 and reinstalling Office again, but yet the same error occurred. Do anyone have any idea what is am doing wrong ? Any help ?

I guess you might be making some mistake in the MSP file itself. Can you provide your configuration here ? Also I would like to know why you don’t deploy Office 2007 using GPO.

Thanks for the help Hockson , but that dint worked. However, meanwhile I found the solution and everything is working now. I just went to %allusersprofile%\ApplicationData\Microsoft Help folder and deleted Rgstrtn.lck file. That’s it.
