“msxml” actually stands for “Microsoft Core XML Services” that is intended as an upgrade path for existing MSXML3 and MSXML4 users except for users that leverage some of the older ProgIDs and technologies in MSXML3 and MSXML4. Hence while installing newer office verison it is asking to download it first. Anyway you can download the same from the below provided URLs:
Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 6.0
Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 6.0 Service Pack 1
There is a simple solution to this problem. You just need to uninstall the MSXML from your computer and then open C:\Windows\System32. Aftert that you have to rename all the MSXML#.dll files to an .old extension. And then try to restart pc so that after when the computer boots it will automatically add the correct files in your system.
To solve this problem you need to click Start and then in the Run box type regedit. After that go to this registry entry - HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{F5078F18-C551-11D3-89B9-0000F81FE221}\6.0\0\win32 and then right click on win32 and then click Permissions. Just try to get the full control of the same registry key and then double click the default value under win32 and change its value to C:\Windows\System32\msxml6.dll from %SystemRoot%\System32\msxml6.dll. Now try to install the version of Office in your computer again and everything will be fine.
