Changing Pics in Orkut ?

whenever i change my main photo of orkut account it doesn't get updated please tell me how to change my pic???

Changing photo is easy...

Are you trying following way :
Goto your profile and then click "Edit Profile"
Now locate your photo and click close... Done !

Did you see any error message.. orkut usually print error on top of page.. try uploading again.. and look for any error message if it lists.
