Toshiba "Shipping and Handling" price is fake

My laptop didn’t ship with a recovery DVD. I thought that I could borrow it from Toshiba. When I contacted I have seen that there is no cost for the DVD but it will charge you $24.95 for shipping and handling. It really looks like a stupid thing. The Toshiba is really mad because I don’t think that there is anything that cost this much amount. You should be crazy if you are going to pay for it?

Yes me too think that it is somewhat a foolish thing to pay that is only for single disc. Seems like the Toshiba collecting other expenses also along with this. I can tell that the Toshiba might be sending the recovery disc along with drive also.
