Are these China cheap Bluetooth headsets good-quality?

Previously, when I was driving my car, I couldn’t answer the telephone. How did I solve this problem? I found a China electronics store online, and on it there are some Bluetooth headsets. But I don’t know whether these cheap ones are good-quality. Meanwhile, they are free shipping, and I don’t want to be cheated. Can you give me some advices?

I assume the China Bluetooth headsets are made of up real bad quality. First of all they dont carry a warranty behind them and next they dont have a manufacturer or a brand name behind them, so nobody can guarantee how longer it will work or so. Usually, I prefer to buy branded Bluetooth headsets from sony, samsung, although their price being higher still atleast for 1 year it can work without any issues.
