Priceline Name your own Price info

I recently wanted to go to a trip & heard about priceline.cpm feature of Name your own price service.... Does anyone know how to use it... I tried it but was not able to understand how bid my own price ???? Please Help...!

In Priceline feature of name your own price.... Does not allow you to see the price before you purchase it...!

If there is any result matching your price line You need to buy it But there is no refund for it...!

I think there are many other site giving this facility i thing you must try different sites as there are many other site having this feature & is very easy to understand...!
