My K7 has 70 DAYS LEFT FROM EXPIRATION.

Well, the Nvidia driver might be in usage at the background and hence it is not getting removed. So try to first go to Add and Remove programs and then uninstall Nvidia drivers and everything related to it. After that open your K7 antivirus and then remove the virus.
