ipad2 not joining network

l have an ipad2 and is not joining to available wifi network.it was blocked due to excess huge downloads .how do l overcome this please its now 4 months.other networks i can join

What is the router model that you are using? Can you try to turn off the router for 1 minute and then turn it on again. After that go to the Settings and then General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Whose wireless network is it? Yours or someone else, hence he blocked you for the excess download. If that is the only reason you can talk to the wifi administrator to allow you again.
