Norton Internet Security closes one message in Outlook 2010

Hello friends,
While using my desktop I came accross the wierd thing and wierd message on my outlook 2010 (# PACK MEDICINA #" ) This message came last year in Oct 2011. When I am trying to open this message, it closes my outlook, before this itself I have mark this message as a spam and deleted it from my inbox. I am only facing problem with this message, I am currently using windows 7 Ultimate with Service Pack 1, 4 GB RAM and 1 TB HD.

Can you follow the below process and let me know the output of the same.

1. Hold your CTRL before your start your MS Outlook 2010 and also start it in safe mode.
2. If the above solution is not working then you must disconnect the internet before starting your outlook.

I was able to find and delete the problematic message from outlook after running it in a safe mode. After deleting the message and exiting outlook in safe mode, I restart the outlook in a normal mode, and also did a search for the same message for which I reported the problem. After doing this process I realized that the safe mode item in my deleted items were not deleted when exiting in a safe mode. I restarted the outlook again in a normal mode and then again I tried to exit which, deleted the message permanently from my system, including the problematic message also.

You should also compact your folders to physically erase any messages that you have deleted.

Microsoft Outlook is already set to automatic compact mode. You are not compacting your outlook regularly. You must always back up your mail folders first, there might be a possibility of corruption with your mail box in the folder with spam message.
