    PC Tuneup 2011 hidden folder

I have recently changed from AVG security software to Avast but cannot find PC Tune up 2011 hidden file. According to the list after defragmentation, it is in DocumentsandSettings\Gill\Application Data\AVG\Rescue\PCTuneup 2011 but when I go onto that folder it isn't available.

I want to delete it because it might be affecting my ability to access one particular website. The website in question takes ages to load and when it does appear it is not formatted correctly. All the text is over to the left and there are no pictures apart from my avatar.

    Any ideas please?

There is a better tool for this process. Download Hijackthis. This tool is best for finding the active components of your system. You can scan the system with this tool and it will find out all the details of active services or any empty or unused program on your system. You can also clean your system registry with this software. It is much easier to use.
