REboot of Domain Controller Causes Account Lockouts

    Hello Everyone,

I am new to the site. I have a problem that occurs to me. When i patch a Domain Controller and Reboot it, accounts are getting locked out. Now i have patched my fair share of domain controllers before, but have never seen this issue.. Any help or insight is appreciated.

It could be that the user account might have been automatically locked because of too many invalid logon attempts or password change attempts that have been requested. You can run the LockoutStatus.exe on domain controller to identify and investigate the account lockout issue. Download Account Lockout Status from here.
