How to get another ZoneAlarm Taskbar Icon Menu

Anyone tried this thing? Everyone knows that Taskbar Icon brings a Zonealarm menu and shortcuts for basic operations. I would like to get same shortcut ZoneAlarm Icon with along with the menu on somewhere else like on the desktop. Is it possible? The reason is, sometimes Zone Alarm Icon fails to show up. So there is no way to know whether the ZoneAlarm running or not. Sometimes even I click on the Zonealarm Shortcut Icon, it won’t response. For all these issues I need to get the same menu somewhere else where I can access easily.

Here you are asking about the Hi-lighted portion which is no way possible, not only for Zonealarm but for other programs also. However you can create a Shortcut icon on the Desktop but it will not contain any Menu like one in the Task Bar. It is just a waste of time trying to do so.
