    Getting message "Unable to connect to update sever" when ZoneAlarm 10.1.065.000 tries to update

    I have been using the ZoneAlarm 10.1.065.000 from few weeks and everything was working fine as well but then the problem that I am facing now is that I am getting a message saying "Unable to connect to update sever" when ZoneAlarm Extreme Security version:9.3.014.000 tries to update itself. I have also noticed that the little Zonealarm icon which is in the left pane is having a yellow icon on it, I don’t have much idea about the same, is there anyone who can help??

    Before I suggest you something about the same I just want you to just right click on the ZoneAlarm icon which will be appearing aside to the clock and after that click on the about and then just copy the information that you get there and then paste the same here, so I can have a better idea of the issue that you are facing. Just post it here for further help.

    I have checked out in the same location and this is what I have found:
    • ZoneAlarm Extreme Security version:9.3.014.000
    • TrueVector version:9.3.014.000
    • Driver version:9.1.522.000
    • Anti-virus engine version:8.0.2.48
    • Anti-virus signature DAT file version:1076468448
    • AntiSpam version:6.0.0.2385

    I am not very sure if the problem is with the ZoneAlarm or my server in my case as the issue has started all of a sudden.

    If the issue is not with the server in your case then you can probably try out uninstalling the current version of the ZoneAlarm completely and then making a clean installation of the latest version say ZoneAlarm Security Suite 10.1.065.000 and see if it is making any difference, it requires the same system requirement so you won’t have any problem with it, just check it out and then let me know if it helps or not.
