Showing System temperature 9999 c in HP ProCurve Switch 5412zl

So here is my problem I have many 5400zl switches but the problem is every switch is showing the system temp of 9999c an di have no idea what would be the reason to that . I ma running on the K.15.04.0007 firmware. Now I know it is not possible to have that kind of temp . is there anyone here can tell me what the problem is as I am unable to find any solution to this and it is really very frustrating , I would be really appreciating this

This is really very odd issue . is this issue still remains after the reboot of the device and if yes , then I would suggest you to contact the HP support . Look like the temperature is not been interpreted properly . this could be the hardware or software related issue or may be both . I don’t think the switch has any problem because of this issue .

Thanks for the reply yeah it is not interpreted properly. The web interface is showing the temp is prefect . those are the new which I recently installed and almost about the 5 switch of them is 5400zl . please guys need help on this problem please help .

This is really very odd even I am heving the similar issue with oid 1.3.6.1.2.1.99.1.1.1.4.11.

After the reboot the temperatute value get corrected for a while and after some time it again turn to 9999 c

Pleas guys we need help on this I would be really glad to know this , thanks
