Unable to play online game even with the internet connected in Wii

i go to the Nintendo.help site and checked the whole thing it told me and the connection test says I’m connected and i updated my wii and the whole thing fine and great, but when i go to attempt to play online on a game called "Madden NFL 10" it says that wireless connection to this wii console is barred or something ....what's going on? Can someone here can help me on this I would be really glad

it occur to me so this is what i did, just fallow thi s

1. Remove the CD prior to you reset plus later it reset-ted, place it back in,
2. Do the Hard Restart The Wii turn off the Wii as well as take the AC Adaptor out of the power source for 10 mins

And this is what you do with the router

1. Shut down the router off then plug it out for 15 mins after that turn it back on
2. Let the ports to be open for the UPnP Game Ports
3. Follow this step 1 however for 10 mins instead
   
4. After that remove the internet setting for your router as well as configure it once more.

Test it and check if it works

I don’t know wha the issue is but I suggest you to check the channel is set to 1 or 11. Hope this will help you

Thanks for the reply I will definitely try that but what is the Channel that you talking about on what? And should not it previously be on that channel if it works on the other Wii?

I think its just a temporary WiFi problem on Nintendo's , it is very common this days I heard lot of complaint about them . wait for the few days and se idf tsi issue alove by itself and if not then try to tweak the wifi setting your router's broadcasting channel to 1 or 11.as it suppose to work best . an din case of that didn’t work then remove every of the Wii's internet connection settings the start from scratch once more that might work.
