Cannot connect Wii with TP-Link TL-WR841ND wireless router

I have TP-Link TL-WR841ND wireless router and am not able to connect my Wii with TP-Link TL-WR841ND wireless router. I don’t know whether problem is with Wiii or router but this problem is frustrating for me. Please tell me what should I do to solve this problem?

I think you are using WPA-PSK security settings with your router and that is why you are experiencing this problem and that is why I would like to tell you that you should setup your TP-Link TL-WR841ND wireless router with WEP settings and after changing the setting you have to also enable the MAC filtering and then you have to try to connect your Wii with your TP-Link TL-WR841ND wireless router and then see whether it make any difference or not?

According to me after trying this solution your problem will get solved.

I am using WPA2 security setting with same router and I am not getting any problem while connection my Wii with router. If you are also using WPA2 setting then you have to first make sure that you have WPA2 AES setting. I am suggesting you this because as far as I know Wii console will not work with the WPA2 TKIP setting.

I have change the setting to WEP setting and after changing the setting also I get same problem while connecting Wii with my TP-Link TL-WR841ND wireless router. I have also tried to connect other device with my router but this problem occurs with WII only. Now please tell me what should I do to get rid of this issue?

According to me you should go to the official site of the TP-LINK and then you have to check whether there is any new firmware is available for your router or not? if there is a new firmware available then you have to update the firmware and then check whether it makes any difference or not?
