How can I enable promiscuous network access?

My computer is running the Windows 7 and that works with the VM (network sniffer installed) as well as a ESXi 4.1 VM and this always shows me the message that "A virtual machine is attempting to monitor all network traffic, which requires administrator access. Type your password to allow VMware Fusion to make changes." I want to know that how can I enable the promiscuous access. Please reply.

VMware Fusion v3.1.1
Mac OS X 10.6.4

I don’t think that this problem is related to the promiscuous network access. There is something wrong with the setup and so you are getting this problem. You must reconfigure that and see if this can solve the problem for you or not.
