hi, this is hemanth, i am accessing internet from my institution which allows me only limited user account and the problem is when i am trying to use the internet to connect to my computer by connecting the Ethernet wire and configuring the ip addresses, i was not able to get the dns servers addresses and i am not able to connect internet in my laptop, so tell me any other way so that i can get the dns server address, my local ISP provider is BSNL.
