All programs deleted due to System check virus and showing hardware error messages

It seems to me that my computer has infected very badly with a virus. The things I have noticed so far are:

• Most of the my programs are deleted
• Task manager is not opening.
• Computer infected with “system check virus” as well as “xp antispyware 2012 virus”
• Due to hardware problem various errors are showing and saying files are corrupted. The error may be the reason of faulty hardware.
• The internet explorer redirected to somewhere otherwise restarts on its own.

Other than this there are many major and minor issues which I didn’t list out. I know that all of them due to the infection of virus and most of the errors are fake. Nothing to do with the hardware. I would much appreciate your help if you find me a good solution to get rid of it.
