It would be possible here for the 5100 AGN adapter didn't connect well with your client device. In that situations, update your adapter driver on both the end. During driver update, disabled the Intel WiFi link 5100 AGN adapter. It definitely helps to you for catching almost 100% OF PACKETS ON DESTINATION SIDE.

if the encryption is totally disabled, wifi adapter works fine under windows 7 or any other OS. Hence confirm the encryption is not enabled in 802.11n clients. If in any situation, encryption is enabled, disabled it. It helps to fix your dropping packets problem with 802.11n clients.

If you still not able to fix problem, apply below case for better results.
    1. If windows firewall is enabled with 802.11n clients, disable it.
    2. Confirm 802.11n clients not infected with some nasty trojan.
    3. Open Control Panel->Network and Sharing Center-> Network Connections. Right click on Wireless Network Connection and select properties option. Confirm there is no spooky NDIS 6 filters or kaspersky Anti-virus NDIS 6 filter presents. If any just DISABLE it. Hope you got best result on your 802.11n clients.

Same problem here. Then I simply reset my connection and in result, i found that it works fine at only one time. Then in second time, it starts the same thing. Hence I thing you can simply try it on your network. It will solve your problem.
