How to get Total Number of Blank SIM on Huawei HLR9820

I used network that works with telnet protocol and now i need to get the total number of blank sim number that presents on huwaei CDMA HLR9820 global system. Can anyone experience about it?? Thanks for any such help.

For fixing your problem you can take help of SQL command. Run below command on your network HDU master hosts. Command are as:

#su - hlr
hlr>sqlplus hlr/hlr
SQL>select count(*) from auc_data where used_flag=0;
SQL>exit
hlr>exit
#exit
