Unable to run scheduled scan in Avira 2012

In my computer I have windows vista and I have upgrade the Avira 2012 and after installing the Avira in my computer all the things worked fine except schedule scan. Now in Avira antivirus schedule scan does not start. I have tried to solve this problem by trying several solutions but I didn’t get any help. Now please help me to solve this issue?

First open the Avira 2012 in your computer and after that you have to check whether all the settings are proper or not. Because sometimes wrong settings can also cause this issue. If settings are also Ok and after that also if you are facing the same problem then you should uninstall the Avira antivirus from your computer. Now after uninstalling the Avira antivirus from your computer you have to delete all the temporary files.

After that you have to install the Avira antivirus in your computer and after installing the Avira antivirus In your computer again you have to check whether same problem is occurring or not.

I have uninstalled the Avira antivirus from my computer and afar uninstalling the Avira antivirus I have deleted all the temp files. Now after that I have installed the Avira antivirus in my computer an dafter reinstalling the Avira antivirus in computer all the problem get solved. Thank you for helping me.
