draytek 2830n with bt adsl

Weird issue.

Using a BT hub on a BTClick account.

Need to upgrade to a Draytek 2830N, configured it with same details and can connect.

Can ping sites, and IP addresses, but can not browse webpages.

PC is using DHCP from router and being given the BT dns servers(although able to ping www.google.co.uk fine).

Any ideas as to why we can ping everything but not actually browse?

To some extent we can blame the antivirus here. I had a similar issue where I was able to ping sites, but the web browser shows blank pages. Second the issue can be due to virus in your system. They tries to redirect you to another sites which take long times to load. Disable the antivirus for sometime and test the internet.
