I would recommend you to have a look at Fiddler and hence that is what I think would be a ideal suggestion for you and hence that’s what my ideal recommendation for you. it is a Web Debugging Proxy that will allow you to control the traffic between the computer and the internet. Yes tried and tested product good for you. so you can check this product for a change.

Have you checked with the Microsoft Network Monitor it does all the thing that you want enabling the capturing, analyzing and viewing the network protocols so that’s one product that you should have a check with. it is commonly used to troubleshoot small problems in the network and all. henc what I think is that it is an ideal product for you all that’s what I feel.

Ethereal is a good tool for you and hence what I would say that it does work in the windows only. Even iam using the same application and hence what I think is that it should be used by you as well.
