Windows Domain Password not updating in services runing on clients

Hi,
I have two redundant Domain controller AS1 &AS2 (windows 2003 server). i can able to login client system with username and password. but some of the service running in clients are not starting automatically. We need to enter the Logon password manually to start it.
I need help from you.

in the event viewer i can see like
Windows canot access the file Gpt.ini for GPO CN={31b2f3b40-016d-11d2-945f}

I think that if you are in a journal wrap condition then you will likely have FRS issues on the SYSVOL not necessarily DC replication issues. You need to be using a different set of tools to troubleshoot this. Replmon diagnoses Active Directory issues, not FRS ones.
