IIP not working on Server 2008 (Internet Printing)

I found that IPP is not working on a new server 2008 box. I have added the IIS Role as well as Internet Printing Features. I think that I am missing something. Whenever I try to put the URL in the Internet Explorer then I get the below IIS error:
"Server Error
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

Please help me with this.

This may be problem because of the bad internet connection. So check for the internet connection and make sure that you are having proper internet connection. This can be considered as one of the possible reason for this and it should be checked first in order to get this resolved.
