Hacking WLAN using Backtrack 5

Hello friends,

Please help me out. I want to hack the wireless LAN network of my company using a tool. I have tried with backtrack5. So please suggest me which tool will be best for my project?? And with back track5 i have a issue, when in command prompt, i am typing "airmon-ng" i am not getting the NIC interface name nor chipset name.. its just blank.. So please help me out. What i am suppossed to do??
