heur.dropper don’t allow to access certain websites

I am having the AVG antivirus installed in my computer. It is detecting the heur.dropper in my computer and that is not allowing me to access some of the sites like ebaycheckout and many other sites. Whenever I try to access those sites then it shows me the message which says “cannot access this page”. This is very annoying. Can you please tell me that why this is happening to me and how can this be resolved. This is the first time that I am getting this on my computer so I don’t have any idea about this. It will be great if someone of you can give me the solution for this.

I think that you need to run the Security Check in your computer. So search for the setup of this on internet and download that. After downloading that, just double click on the SecurityCheck.exe and after that just go through the simple onscreen instructions within the black box. Scan the system with that and see if that can help you in some manner. I am using the same whenever I get some issues like this so you should also try to do this and let me know if this helps you or not.

May be the Security Check will help you but as you are having the AVG antivirus already installed in your computer and if you install both at the same time then this may hang your system. So if you are trying to use some other antivirus in your computer then first of all you should uninstall the one which is previously installed in that and after this you can install any other in your computer. This is just the precaution that you should take before doing this.

There might be some problem in the browser that you are using. If that is having any problem with that then it might not allow you to access some of the sites. If you think that this can be the case for you then you can try to access those sites with the help of some other browsers. My suggestion to you is to use the Opera or the Firefox to do that. Other than this, you can also try by deleting the cookies and the web history from that. See any of these things can solve the problem for you.

The virus definition for the antivirus which you are using may be outdated and so it is not able to detect and delete that from your computer. If that is the case then I don’t have to tell you that what you should do. Simply install the updates for the antivirus to the latest and after that again scan the system. Clean or delete that from your computer as the option provided by that and the problem will be resolved. Thank you.

I unequivocally right clicked on it and sent to AVG for investigation. We might see. I surmise if they contact me, they will have me gather numerous types of information, now and then guidelines clashing with that they told me to do ever, and endeavor to send it, all route over this user's head. They appear to gather individuals who utilize AVG are machine specialists that can do so much manual stuff. Not me, I'm simply a shopper who would like to accept I am "secured" like it declares. Not beyond any doubt how to send a record from the virus vault to virustotal. Doesn't virus vault encrypt it so its no exceptional not counting to AVG?
