Need a tool that will help me to analyze client in the network

I have a fleet of 300 PCs to administer and I am looking for tools to analyze client not in real time or whatever Typically, a user name and told me that his PC rowing at the opening or closing session ok well. Here is what to do? if I had a tool that allows me to "see" what the PC during the opening session, I can more accurately and certainly more if it's hack, we test something, it works fine, it does not work too bad for the credibility of the computer is not top.

For all that is server or active equipment, I use what's up Ip switch, it's really not bad but it is suitable for the management of client at least not this kind of information unless I do not know enough about the possibilities of what's up in which case I'm interested in any further information use Dame Ware for a few days but I have a big problems is that you can buy it and working in the public, to buy overseas knowing that it's complicated make pro-forma invoices still a damn good thing!

So that I have not gone into detail about you think we can trace the ignition and opening session of a PC in real time? basically I want the user turns on his machine, opened its session, and I started working on my side without taking his hand on his PC of course I see what the machine from the when the network is mounted of course. I want to see the authentication of the machine on the domain, GPOs machine that descend on the PC, the various requests, the request for login, the return of DC, the GPO users. All that I could do with ethereal analyzing frames but I'm not a network specialist hardcore.

The so it does not administer a network as a personal pc yes hence the first part of my answer something that obviously you do not seem to. After Boot is a tool for functional analysis of boot. I do not speak of the "optimize system" which is of course that the powder in the eyes but of course monitoring the loading of the different driver. Following is a concern in connection or user profile on non-shared directory so I do not use special software.

I was surprised not to be banned again but it might not last, since you do democracy prevails here. Fortunately all is not as well managed, managed and run like clockwork than otherwise we would have more work it look if it ever train a little boot good by cons if we want to know what is going to start on the client: the different sequences of authentication, identification of the machine or the user on the DC and which eventually, the order of application of GPO and the time they begin to descend, the duration of the load profile, etc.
