Need help: I got throttled on a Hotel Network

I've been staying at the hotel every week for several months. I basically use Vuze 4.5.0.3. My NAT is white (sometimes a firewall), my torrents are usually blue or yellow but sometimes green. U / L speeds are nowhere near as fast as D / L speeds, but do the job. Last week, however, I choke. I called the help desk central, with number 800 and asked me if I was using P2P Netflix, etc, he said, when there is excessive congestion at a router in a hotel, to block MAC addresses hogging the bandwidth.

Does not use torrent for bit torrents, people do not like that. Not only is excruciatingly slow, and need a lot of configuration, not just a box of brand vuze. Also believe signing up for their hidden with a free VPN limited to about 80k for both down and up if your real connection supports that speed. I think a VPN tunnel using a single port, like 443 or something, but I can be wrong. VPNETMON2011 is a program that will shut close and, for example, a program of renewable vpn torrent if drops, and can after the VPN connection is a backup. This program is highly recommended by me for their purposes. Make sure you configure correctly. It is very difficult.

Look, I prefer to log in Wireless-> apply SMAC-> its hidden-> VPNETMON2011-> Vuze the occult is a free account and waiting times after 20 minute periods, but you can configure Windows to redial after a minute or so, unless you feel foggy enough to pay a few dollars and get uninterrupted and maintain the bandwidth of conservatives, or consider getting a different file that do not involve the media swarm, or used searches Gnutella sent forward search through the hubs and leaves and can build the network activity by connecting trash-a lot of different people, even if it is downloaded.

Yes, to some extent. His other IDs will remain; one thing I was thinking about is your network name as Bill-PC or someone else who will remain unless you change too. This is a modification of software I should not be problem. Or try technetium CNET, I do not know if it's good, but it's free. If in doubt, write the original for later use. What I have suggested, is to disconnect from the hotel network MAC address change and then re-connect with the new MAC address. After that has been proven to work, log in to a VPN to 'protect' your traffic, then use Vuze after all the steps with arrows that have been made after it was all theoretical, but I imagine it would work.

Itshidden is based on the European Union, and requires a small fee to pay for uninterrupted access, higher speed. The euro in question is a unit of currency. Check the effectiveness of the SMAC. Available at CNET, which has fresh, downloads. This is paid software for alternatives, if not able to download it. Also, if you want to use a different mac address without impersonation, you can connect a wireless network of differences, as the USB adapter. But if habits remain the same which is still blocked, as it sounds.

As you said the call on central, with number 800 Customer Service and asked me if I was using P2P Netflix, etc, he said, when there is excessive congestion at a router in a hotel, to block MAC addresses hogging the width band. And tonight what the technical support told me was that if too many ports open, they cut that MAC address. Do not pay much attention, and only believe what they want.

Check the VPN that allows you to use port forwarding. I do not think many of them. Took this from the utorrent forum. Technically could have sent the ports of a virtual private network, but the owner of the VPN server that manages and almost never offer a feature because it is too much micromanagement. If you desire a redirected port associate them, but could refuse or for a fee. All the best!
