Win32.Autorun.tmp keeps coming up in spite of deleting it

This is the problem that i am facing in my laptop i have a windows 7 laptop and then everytime I scan my system I get a Win32.Autorun.tmp file which in spite of several attempts of deleting it never gets deleted at all. I wish I could have sent you the log file of the scanning but things never work out here so what I need from you all is that I need a temporary solution from your side in order to remove the Win32.Autorun.tmp file from my system so I need your help on these topic please do answer out the solutions for me I am waiting.

A scan with ComboFix is highly recommended in your case and hence I think that’s the way to go here while doing that you have to keep one thing in mind that you have to disable all the antivirus program or the anti malware program in the system having done so you will get to see the proper result of the scanning. So I am saying go and scan the system with the ComboFix you will get the necessary solution. So hope that was enough for you.

I think you must try disabling the Spybot's TeaTimer so that the program cannot interfere with the fixes, make sure that you have to enable it again once you have completed the scanning of the system, one more useful solution that I would like to give it to you is that try scanning the system in the advanced mode what I am saying is that run the Spybot-S&D is advanced mode. So that will also be a added benefit for you. These are the two suggestions I think will benefit you a lot.

Guys I want to share some of my experiences with you all and the thing is that I had scanned my system with the kaspersky antivirus program and even I was having the same problem with my system as well, so i decided to give a chance to the kaspersky since none of the anti virus were working for me so believe me it worked a lot and the response that I got was awesome so that’s why I am recommending you the same solution.

See if nothing is getting solved with the above three solutions then the best recommended solution for you is to have a talk with the spybot people about the issue I think they will solve the solution for you, I think so you might need to send them the log reports for them so that they can inspect your system and then give you the necessary answers here, so that’s what the last option before you that I think you must give it a try.

Ok thanks for the solution guys I must say that the solutions that you have given here were really very helpful for me so appreciate your efforts in solving out the issue for me, well my first impression of the problem was that it will not get solved but i thought of just giving a chance for it so i want ahead with it and guess what that did the trick for me.
