I've been with Sprint Mobile and now about 2 years. I love them. I have no problem at all, except in very limited circumstances and poor coverage in my house. I called and spoke to a customer service person about how to obtain the Airave device and after a few back and forth was decided to send me more than you would pay for it. I assume it was like $100.00 and a bit like $ 10.00 per month. Since I am a customer with a credit limit cap that said he could not offer it for free. I could use one and unfortunately, I have been struggling to get ahead and really cannot afford anything extra right now or in the foreseeable future. Some of my colleagues said to threaten to cancel but I'm not comfortable with that idea because I really like Sprint and no matter what I'm going to stay with them. I thought it would help me a lot to have the best coverage in my house for me to consider leaving my home phone to try to save some money. Please help me out.
