Active directory 2008 profile path permission

I have AD 2008 R2, in the user profile I define the profile path.
it will create the profile path alone, but the problem is that it creates the folder with user exclusive permission, so "domain admins" can't get to this folder..

it there any way to give "domain admin" permission to this folder as well??

in the Folder redirection I can un-mark the "give user exclusive rights..." so the folder get inherited rights.

    thanks,

It is possible that the file system is damaged or corrupted and that is the reason that you are facing the problem like this. To resolve eths problem, you can run the chkdsk from the recovery console. But take care that it will try to repair the file system. Once you are completed with this then you can run the chkdsk /r as of recovery console command line.
