    Can get to Router but not Internet, can ping

    Can ping from router, but not from machine running to other machines and on outside networks.
    Running windows 2008server machines to a switch, then to cisco router, then to belkin router(with a unix box and internet attached). Firewalls off. ICMPs enabled. Static ip routes. Very small business, don't even need RIPv2 or other routing protocol.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you installed any third party firewall or antivirus in your system? If so then try to disable them and then try to ping again. Try to clean TCP by following the below commands;

    netsh winsock reset catalog

    netsh int ip reset reset.log

    netsh winsock reset

    ipconfig /flushdns

    net stop "dns client"
    net start "dns client"

    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
