what is Failover in LAN,
and what is Active and Passive Networks.
How we connect/implement those networks in windows system using LAN.

how can i implement failover option in my system, i have Rcom and BSNL two different networks. can any one provide with detail steps to implement the Failover option in my pc using with server 2003.
