    hi to all,

    what is Failover in LAN,
    and what is Active and Passive Networks.
    How we connect/implement those networks in windows system using LAN.

    In computing, failover is the capability to switch over automatically to a redundant or standby computer server, system, or network upon the failure or abnormal termination of the previously active application, server, system, or network.     how can i implement failover option in my system, i have Rcom and BSNL two different networks. can any one provide with detail steps to implement the Failover option in my pc using with server 2003.
