Unable to login from Outlook 2010 after installing NOD32 4.2.67

It is a good thing to have Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit and MS Office 2010 Professional. My system s installed with utmost means latest ESET v4.2.67.10. For me it is not the better thing to having all these things. I couldn’t able to login to Exchange server, seems to be that the NOD32 itself has blocked this process. The system accepts the User name and password but it won’t surpass to the server. I could go back to the previous version. So what can I do to complete this authentication and successfully login from outlook? I am looking for some useful tips. How to forward the traffic to server without filtering?

The main thing you need to do is to re-edit compatibility settings at the mail scanning options of the ESET. There must be some wrong settings which is blocking the traffic from outlook 2010. I think it is the POP3 setting. There is slider between the maximum compatibility and maximum efficiency. You need to work on that slider to make things work.

I think you have maximized the email protection level due to this it will not allowing you to login from external clients. If you are using the Gmail account then here is one small possible solution and may be getting worked.
    • Login to Gmail.
    • Go to settings on you top of the Home page
    • Select the tab named as “Forwarding and POP/IMAP”.
    • Select Enable IMAP
    • Now login in outlook and see will it able to

Are you using any other firewall program along with ESET? As far as I know only the firewall program can able to block like this, otherwise the router. Try by opening some ports manually hoping that they might allow you to forward and allow the traffic. Disable any kind of proxy server if you are using to connect to the server. Otherwise try disabling incorporation by means of Outlook presently for an experiment but I doubt it will formulate dissimilarity. The plugin must not have an effect on validation alongside Exchange at all.
