I lose my wireless connection everyday

    Hello,
I am running Windows XP Pro on an IBM thinkpad. It's on our kitchen table and is used primarily for email and streaming itunes. Nearly every morning, I have no active wireless connection on this computer. All of the other computers on our home network (macs) are working fine. I restart the PC and when it reboots it finds the network. I would like it to simply keep the connection alive so I never have to restart. I thinkl the problem began whe I installed a 3rd party wireless network card made by R-Link and installed a driver from a CD for it. It worked for a while and then didn't so I decided just to get rid of it and go back to the original, built-in wireless card but I still have this daily connection problem. I'm a know-nothing about Windows, so I really need some help.
    Thanks,
    Tim

This can be due to system file issue of those third party driver. What system you are using. You have to first wipe out the old settings. You said that your tired a third party wifi card and that does not work so you switched to the original support. There are still settings and files of R-Link in your system which is causing the issue. You have to wipe that out properly and then re-install your original wifi support.
