Nice one. I must help you by giving some small information, how much I know I must tell you. Here all you have to do is run the newest TCP Optimizer, and afterward make use of the slider bar at the pinnacle to place the best settings for a 15 MB connection. Later than that, you just apply the settings and reboot the computer system. This must help you and must solve your problem.

I have the same issue. I don’t know if that is standard but while I am doing the speed test, the first 5 to 10 seconds it is bouncing back and onward between 4 MB and 7 MB and after that bang it jumps on the previous hardly any seconds to that speed shown underneath:

    Tested on: 15.11.2010
    IP address: 192.168.xxx.xxx
    Client OS: Windows XP
    TCP options string: 0003054b0130300301011401
    MSS: 1460
    MTU: 1500
    RWIN Scaling: 3 bits (2^3=8)
    Unscaled RWIN: 64240
    Recommended RWINs: 64240, 513920, 1027840
    BDP limit (200ms): 20557kbps
    MTU Discovery: ON
    TTL: 52
    Timestamps: Off
