Much simpler than all I heard of this terrible virus...I've had more trouble tying shoelaces than this pitiful program.
First change your recycle bin settings to delete immediately as opposed to storing deleted files in the bin.
Second find the shortcut in your START MENU and click to open File Location.
Third click the shortcut File and Open File LOcation again(this is the problem)
Fourth, select Delete. The File should disappear.
Five, delete the shortcut File and Security Tool should be gone.....
(if you have problems, try Cut and Paste the actual program into the Folder containing the Shortcut and deleting from there)

do not download or purchase anything...forget SAFE MODE..Security Tool is a file that freezes during recycling...so don't recycle it...can't go green today.

I want you to download the comodo and then install the same on your system I am sure that after installing this it virus on your system you will definitely able to solve the issue because it will scan the system and will remove all the virus affected files or folders and also will recover the same. I hope that this will help you to solve the issue and then you will not face any such problem in future.
